The goal of this project was to design a comprehensive platform that improves the shipping experience for users, riders, and admins. For users, the focus was on simplifying the order and tracking process, providing real-time updates and notifications. For riders, the app optimizes route planning and communication, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries. For admins, the platform streamlines operations by offering tools to manage shipments, monitor riders, and handle user requests seamlessly. This solution enhances the overall shipping experience by addressing the specific needs of each user group.

I ensured the visual design was clear, consistent, and aligned with the brand, creating a seamless experience for users, riders, and admins alike.

This screen serves as the main interface for users after logging in, offering quick access to key features such as sending parcels, tracking orders, scheduling deliveries, cancelling orders, and managing account settings. It also includes a convenient search function for tracking IDs, allowing users to easily view the status of their goods.
The Send Parcel page allows users to initiate the shipping process by entering sender and recipient details, parcel dimensions, and other delivery preferences. On the Track Order page, users can monitor the real-time status of their shipments, including shipment progress, estimated delivery times, and the route the rider is taking for delivery.
The My Orders screen displays a list of ongoing orders with real-time tracking until delivery is completed. The Order History screen shows a record of completed and pending orders, allowing users to view detailed information such as order ID, status, and sender/receiver details. The Notification screen provides alerts and updates related to order progress, as well as important account notifications.
